Online Appointments
You are now able to book an appointment with your Doctor online. First you must register with us. In order to do this please collect an application form from the surgery or email everest.house@nhs.net. When we have processed your application, we will post you your own pin number and instructions to complete the registration.
In order that we may provide continuity of care, please ensure you book your appointment with your registered Doctor. If, for any reason, you are unable to do this, please telephone the practice.
