Online Repeat Prescriptions
You are now able to request a repeat prescription from your Doctor
online. First you must register with us. In order to do this please
collect an application form from the surgery or email
everest.house@nhs.net. When we have processed your application, we will
post you your own pin number and instructions to complete the
registration.
Please help wastage by only ordering those medicines you require at the present time; repeat prescriptions are ready for collection 48 (working) hours after we receive your request. Your prescription will be ready for collection at 4pm, this is to allow the doctor time to sign the prescription after morning surgery and visits.
Please note this is only for ordering repeat prescriptions; should you wish to pass on messages or ask about your medication, please telephone the surgery.
