Prescriptions

For prescriptions that have been authorised for repeat by the Doctor, either:

a) Tick the items required on the repeat portion of your prescription and post or deliver to the surgery. The prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours, ie two working days after it is received by us.

b) Write in or fax, giving full details of your request and collect two working days later. Please include your full name, address and date of birth.

If you want the prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and remember to post it early enough to enable us to return it to you before your medication runs out, allow seven days.

Please note that we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.
